First, the usual one with Kaia and Le Chat, and our daily walk. We didn't want to miss the fall colors. And like I often say, Kaia needs her off-leash fun time in the forest! The whole neighborhood still…wahaceggy in # actifit • 2 days ago • 1 min read[EN/CZ] My Actifit Report Card: November 1 2026Hello everyone! Today was almost an activity-free day. Morning sleep after the night shift, and before heading out for another 12-hour night shift, a walk with the dogs around the neighborhood. I'm already looking forward to tomorrow and hoping I'll be more active 🙂 ** Ahoj! Dneska to bylo téměř bez aktivity. It was long after nightfall when we finally made it outside. Kaia was like 'Finally!' Le Chat on the other was more like 'I don't care, I don't need nobody to explore...' Darkness was an opportunity to play with night mode and various…wahaceggy in # actifit • 3 days ago • 1 min read[EN/CZ] My Actifit Report Card: October 31 2026Hi everyone! I caught up on some sleep this morning after my night shift. After lunch, we visited our son to celebrate his birthday and then went together for a walk with the dogs in the fields outside town. The leaves are falling rapidly now, but the colorful scenery is still absolutely stunning. After returning home, I left for another…manuvert in # actifit • 4 days ago • 2 min readMy Actifit Report Card: October 29 2026Hey Actifitters, We had a few storms yesterday, including a couple with fairly heavy rain. This was a bit sudden, as the weather seemed pretty good in the morning, but in the afternoon, it got darker and stormy. Kaia was disappointed because she knows that we usually don't walk too much when it rains. And look at Le Chat hiding behind her…wahaceggy in # actifit • 4 days ago • 1 min read[EN/CZ] My Actifit Report Card: October 30 2026Hello everyone! 👋 Today was all about shopping—we went to the mall in the neighboring town. Even though a 12-hour night shift was waiting for me after my time off, I still managed to go for a run. Before work, we also walked all the dogs and let them chase a ball in the meadow. 🏃♂️🐾 ** Ahoj! At least, yesterday, we managed to use the last minutes of daylight for leaf peeping in the yard. Le Chat was wondering if we'd go for our usual walk, so close to sundown. Kaia knew of course we wouldn't skip our walk…wahaceggy in # actifit • 5 days ago • 1 min read[EN/CZ] My Actifit Report Card: October 29 2026Hey everyone! 🌫️ It was foggy here all day today. Despite the weather, we gathered for a canicross training session in the evening and had a really great run! 🏃♂️🐕 ** Ahoj všichni! 🌫️ Dnes u nás byla po celý den mlha. Because of a few meetings at bad times, we ended up spending real time outside when it was already a bit dark. Le Chat and Kaia were patient all day, so they deserved their outdoor time (although to be fair, Le Chat was outside most of the day, but she likes the company!) In the afternoon, the rain stopped for a moment, so we went for a walk in the park with the dogs. They are building new paths there, so movement through the park is limited. In the evening, I finally went for a run again – I don't mind the rain so much then. ** Ahoj! And usually it starts with Kaia and Le Chat snacking on some fine grass... While they do that, I usually take the time to admire the remaining fall colors in the yard. Some leaves are gone, some started to fade, but still many great spots. After a busy day at work, I walked my son’s dog, Dante, in the evening. Unlike yesterday, though, I brought him over to our place for a little bit. Tomorrow I definitely need to be a bit more active! ** Ahoj všem! Dnešek probíhal téměř stejně jako včera. Po celodenním…
